Being shy certainly isn't something any WG should be, they are after all selling sex for cash. The younger WGs are most likely to use this as an excuse to hide behind giving a bad service and being bad with comms as well, because that is within their general character.

Older WGs are much, much better than the young 'uns in terms of service, comms and attitude (with the younger WGs I am also including the so-called "popular" ones as well).

These generalisations are not more true by repeating.  Many younger girls have had sex with 1000 men already and know just what they are doing.  Many older ones are lazy and getting past it.
