This is a difficult one for me, Amy was my #1 punt ever, but Jess is definitely up there too so to prevent any rivalry I'm going to rank them equal firsts.
What can I say, great comms, easy parking and easy to find with parking at a landmark retailer close by and free. A nice comfortable flat, purpose built, modern and clean. Music playing and just the right touches to set the atmosphere.
