I did wonder why I chose to punt in the first place, I always said I'd never pay for sex but after 12 years of being faithful I really wanted the forbidden fruit.

Have you not just answered your own question of life here. I would willing trade places with you. You have got what I aspired to in my marriage regarding sex and indeed most of us on this site.
