Hi,

Having recently travelled on a long-haul flight, my attention was drawn to the lovely ladies on Virgin Airline. I was wondering if anyone knew of any working ladies in the South East/London who are genuine stewardesses? I like the uniforms and would love to try a bit of role play uniform fun..

I doubt it. There is one woman who advertises herself as just that, in the Gatwick area, but this is the same woman who's listed around 24 and looks more like 40!

Totally the wrong end of the country but maybe she short hauls to Ldn. Shes on My Gla shortlist. Shite tiny photos. I dont even know what her livery colours are? Let me know how you get on.

I think it's well known that a few have taken up the sideline of meeting rich Arabs in hotels, after the flights, but I'm sure any genuine air stewardess wouldn't be advertised on AW as such.

Few months back I flew Jet Airway to Mumbai, then onto Delhi. The air stewardesses were stunning. Every one a Bollywood babe.
I felt handing one my business card with my hotel on the reverse was not a good move. Still, one can fantasize.

In contrast I've made several BA flights from the UK to Europe, and they've all been munters, bit like on Ryanair. Luck of the draw?

A few years ago I had to go to Bucharest for work. The air hostesses were amazing to look at.

They are now known as flight attendants so that the term is gender-neutral. I always thought that stewards and stewardesses either went for each each other while away from home; or both went for the pilot who swung both ways.

I have to say that I never got the whole air stewardess thing. Personally I think it is one of the shittest and most demeaning jobs known to man. Kind of like dinner ladies but in a nicer uniform. Roughly the same skill sets although there's a stronger chance that the dinner lady can at least cook as opposed to zapping a microwave meal. It's not glamorous or sophisticated and even good looks no longer seem to be a requirement for some airlines. Nothing wrong with that of course but I think the glamorous stereotype has long gone. Anyway, enjoy your punt!
