The chances of finding an actual Japanese girl punting in the UK outside of London are slim to none. The girl you see here will be nothing like that one. ive had punts with Japanese in London, or at least Koreans who spoke enough to fool me (Probably not that hard). Not for a good few years though and they were expensive.

In Japan it was almost all Koreans and Chinese. Some Thais. Great, but no good if the OP is after the real thing.
