I have registered in the past, because I wanted access to the 'Private' photos posted by the WG's, and I used to use the 'cam-girls' facility, but have since found much better sites for that, like 'FreeCams'. Now, I simply click on Escorts, fill in the postcode and radius, and click 'available today', and/or has phone number..voila! instant access to the escorts!
