I have not met Hannah Darcy.
If you think she has put on weight it is fair to comment on it. If that's the only reason then if you do not wish to meet her that's fair enough.
However, if she does want to see a particular client it's her choice.
It is so bad with this Roma gypos,  the only  few Scottish ladies we have left are being slated.
As regards new customers and before I met Sophie Thomas and Gabrielle I exchanged few emails with them. They were happy and agreed to meet and became a regular customer.
Surely it will apply to Hannah .  Though she works part-time. Might be the reasons she only sees regulars.
To be fair Hannah your regulars cannot be always available or have the funds to see you when you are one. So a wee bit of flexibility on your business plan may gain you a few new clients.
