Quick word of warning.

Was having a look see last night around the RLD Zone in Leeds when got stopped by local plod
Details taken of car and personal, officer admitted that even though in the zone and had been told not to patrol area was still stopping and dealing with “kerb crawlers”

Also told that all details would be recorded and kept “on file” now the question is this just scare tactics by this particular officer or has the goal post changed at the RLD Zone

Was there last night after finishing work.
