If you think you will have the stamina to hold off before cumming when you want as many times as you want, then hold out from now.

Everybody is different in this regard and the best advice IMO is to try a few different time spans until you find the one that suits you best. For me its always at least 48 hours, preferably 72.

Same with me. Once that "punting fever" takes over us then it's difficult NOT to go through with a punt but having a wank on the same day as your planned punt really tests your resolve on wanting to continue with the punt later in the day. It clears your head and allows your head to rule your dick rather than the other way round.

For this reason I rarely book an appointment with a WG days in advance just in case I lose the desire to punt on that day.

Personally I find that no matte how horny I am I cant cum twice, even in an hour's session. So what I do if I've booked an hour is knock one out the night before or on the morning if it's an evening punt, then I'll get my money's worth and have a good time.
But usually I prefer to book a shorter session and then I'll try and go at least 24-36 hours without.
So it depends on your body - can you manage twice or not? and on how long you've got.
