Author Topic: AdultWork scheduled booking - a binding contract?  (Read 1074 times)

I was just wondering if a scheduled booking in AW constitutes a binding contract, so if the girl doesn't turn up, you can sue her.

After all, it is an agreement of services for a specific price.

I'd like to see you try that on, with a questionably legal practice!

And as some of us have experienced, a 'contract' that is often re-negotiated by the prossie, where the T&Cs suddenly change as soon as your cash has been handed over!   :D

Pro$$ies have no regard for contract, after all many sign the benefits forms decllaring no income  And if you did mention the contract to the Pro$$ie then you would get the standard Pro$$ie response "I don't know what was put on my AW profile / or who accepted booking" etc  masters at playing dumb when it suits   :hi:

Not so dumb, however, when it comes to the mathematics of adding up their money. God knows I've tried to short change some in the past!

You would need her real name first, you can't sue "Slagheap Bertha".    :sarcastic: :sarcastic:

My understanding is and Silverado as ever will know for sure is its viewed as immoral and you cant sue. I am only going on posts i have read over the years though so that might be absolute bollocks. :D  ;)

Or, as in a great many cases I'm noticing these days... Big Bertha!  :D

Silverado knows best, but I suspect an arrangement to shag a prossie is somewhat lacking in morality, so they'd be no legal recourse of action.

"The defendant is in breach of contract and is ordered by this court to go down to my chambers and suck this man off immediately. She may also use my adjoining facilities to administer his long-overdue golden shower."

"Your honour, thank you for administering justice"

"I shall be down there with you to see the sentence is carried out fully and correctly. Proceed."  :hi:

A binding by rope contract, with a slip knot as a get out clause.
