They're more than allowed to charge however they want and would be charging the same rates if it was a girl on girl booking. As a couple you can sometimes get away with either a 1 man rate or 1.5x normal rate depending on the girl and how busy they are, but as far as they're concerned it's no different than you and a mate if they offer MM bookings.

Same way we try and get a FFM booking with two girls for less per hour than their combined rate.

Forget the paying for my time bollocks, as mentioned that's an American thing that isn't relevant here in reality. A WG charges what she chooses and a punter either agrees to pay it or not. My advice is choose someone who has good reviews and/or feedback on here from punters you find credible.

Unlikely the price will be split in my experience, when I did MMF punts the price could vary from the WGs hourly rate plus another half so in your example it would of been £300 for the hour down to about £250 for the hour going on your example.

Whether true or not the WGs point when booking was well I am dealing with 2 cocks not 1 and I could be sucking one while fucking the other for the whole hour, up to the punter to carefully check with the WG what she charges for this is my advice.
