Why keep going to the sauna?  In a word - convenience - it keeps things nice and straightforward.  In general, the only opportunities I have to punt are either on my lunch break or straight after work.  I don't have a safe location of my own in which to meet anyone, and I work in the city centre - so having to go somewhere that might be out of my way makes the whole thing logistically quite difficult.  Keeping it within the sauna also makes it much easier to avoid getting caught.  There is a very clear degree of separation between punting and "falling in love", and I know where that line is drawn.
