Seems they have made some improvements to the Gracie's Girls website now. Calendar works a lot better, with a rolling 7 day view.  The site now has a much clearer layout.

From what I have heard. Hannah got some legal advice over Christmas and then without much notice suddenly released ownership. The Stockton and 'boro flats had gone already. The new owners seem to be completely changing things - new site, changing some of the numbers, although represent the same girls. I'm not sure if the are using flats and having these girls on different days in the same flat. If they are the police may be interested.

Overall it makes sense to me that Hannah got wind of police being interested and left before too late.

I think for a punter using the agency is small legally. As long as the girls are of a legal age and have not been trafficked then you are not breaking the law. However the people running the agency and landlords of flats are at least risk as if more than one girl uses the flat at anytime then it is a brothel.

So basically I can't see a good reason to avoid Gracie's girls and go to another agency.

I guess that depends on your view of the risk involved, if the agency was advised to close surly changing the name will fool no one and possibly be the catalyst for further action. Ask yourself would you want to be there, if if does? When notorious girls closed people where taken in and questioned.

Oh yes i know, im fully aware of this. Thats the thing, at the moment we are doing nothing wrong. Another enquiry, added to previous attempts recently to get it stuck on the trafficking legislation both in england and scotland, both attempts being defeated. But it goes on, the scot government are waiting on results of their own enquiry too. On the other side however, msp jean urquhart is attempting a bill to decriminalise sex work in scot. I follow laura lee on twitter, who is up to speed with the whole thing and is presently fighting against legislation in ireland. Also rhoda grants never ending attempts to criminalise the punter in scot.   Unlike many on here that say nothing will ever happen, well im not so sure. So at the moment its the very rare chance of the police coming in or if these things do pass the very real chance of being caught in a surveillance operation like they do in sweden.

Tomorrow (Jan 26) in Boro they have Jessie working 10am-6pm and also Jenny working 3pm-10pm so a 3 hour overlap.
On Friday 29th in Darlington they have Isla working 10am-6pm and Jenny working 3pm-10pm another 3 hour overlap.

Diamonds been doing that for years. Doesn't matter about the overlap, if 2 girls use the flat it's a brothel, even if it's 1 girl one day and another the next. What happens all depends how bothered the police are.

It gets very complicated if you look into it, it's not illegal to sell sex in a brothel as long as the seller isn't involved in the running of it. Not illegal for a punter to pay in a brothel either. If a flat is only ever used by 1 prossie she can have her mate there, while she's working, for security or whatever as long as she doesn't sell sex. It only becomes a brothel when more than 1 actually sell sex.
