Yes meet tia Louise twice, once before she became officially a PC hostess and appeared as a guest at the club and once again when she became official & had her image etc. on the event posters ,but I didn’t realise it was the same person as her images where so touched up I didn’t recognise her lol

I never realised it was her husband that hangs around I thought it was just a punter just watching as some do , I thought I recognised him from the first time , he can get a little close sometimes when the action is going on .if I’m thinking of the right bloke that is?

And I don’t know what all the fuss is about, i found Tia to be very vanilla nothing special either sexually or in the looks department just an ageing relatively petite average looking bird that just lay there!

And yes I fully agree the PC desperately needs some new talent, plus various themed events/ games etc.

 Some of the girls there are good fun etc. but it all gets very boring after a while .once you have been a few times.

Hopefully they can get more girls 3 or 4 minimum every event, so far less of a scrum 
 
Regarding Tyler I think she liked having a girl(s) friend at the club as in a sexual way, which played a part in who were her favourites etc. I could be wrong but yes you do pick up gossip at these places lol

I was at the Xmas party with Lorri. She was a bit pissed but I thought she was friendly (very chatty) and because she has nice legs , I fancied her. I'm weird like that!

Sadly i think the PC could end up on a slippery slope of demise, if they are not careful. 

Things have gotten very stale, no new talent in god knows how long or at least any that stay around for long
The WGs are average a best, there was one or two exceptions, but overall average with some, to put it politely are looking very tired

They need to bring in some lookers, who can put on a good performance. Liven it up a bit .maybe have a few special guest performers now and again .who are a name in the porn industry etc.
 
 the PC has amateur facials etc. even the likes of ben dover now and again, but the scrum at these events is silly any time with the porn star is brief if any; but it not the same, all they really are is making porn flicks on the cheap, they don’t have to pay the male performers a penny in fact you pay to take part and they obviously make profit from selling the footage etc

I do hope the PC ups their game, as I have bit of a soft spot for the place as I had my first real gangbang there many moons ago

Hit the nail on the head there mate. Any business needs to keep it fresh and not treat its customers with contempt.  There's much more competition now and the problem with yhe PC that I found was that if you dared criticise or make suggestions you were shouted down or blocked on the forum. That might improve now that Tyla has gone hut like you say they needto get shot of some of the girls like Tia Louise,  Lorri, Demi etc who are way past their sell by dates and try to freshen things up.

It's a great concept but unless it can reinvent itself, things will inevitably decline.  Punters will get bored and move elsewhere.  I  kniw that sometimes if it was a quiet night,  the girls would be blamed for this by Tyla and I  remember talking to one girl after a quiet shift who was going to quit after being made to feel useless by Tyla.

I hope they sort it. I just wonder if they'll listen to customer feedback.  Chris seems to be of the opinion that it's hos way,  and he's not there 'to make friends!' Hmmmm maybe they all need to remember that the customer is king!

Nobody goes into business to make friends, you go into business to make money. And as long as Private Club is making money he probably won't change too much and I can't really blame him; there isn't a hell of a lot of competition around. R3troclub last time I went felt run down and had the feeling that it probably wasn't going to be around much longer, and had 2 girls working - one was unenthusiastic to say the least and the other one was a different girl to the one who had been advertised and made some of the less attractive Private Club girls look like stunners in comparison. Greedy Girls Parties is about the same price as PC with 3 or 4 ladies but they seem to be the same ones with no rotation at all, the parties are only 2 hours long, and don't appear to be that regular. TLC Club (who I personally rated as the best option even though a bit more expensive) seems to have been taken out of the game. Which leaves going for a one on one session, and with a lot of girls charging more for 30 minutes than PC does for about 3 hours in a way it kind of makes PC better value in terms of bang for your buck.

So I do think that the lack of local competition means that PC can be quite lazy and still make money.

Depending on your behaviour you could get membership or not" then hung up very patronising and condescending indeed. I guess they must be getting plenty of costumers these days. I thought the visit 3 times before you can have membership rule was a bit off when I went again (for the first time in ages) last year, and did think it was just a way to get more money out of you. And that may very well be the case. But I have found since I've rejoined that there aren't the pushy arseholes that there used to be when we went a few years back. So maybe it's this policy which is putting them off trying to join, or maybe it has enabled the club to monitor behaviour and refuse membership to rude customers.

Was at the R3tro Club last night with my naughty GF. Got talking to a few punters who had given up with the PC because of Tyla's 'regime' and clickiness as well as the poor policing of blokes with no respect for others! Was surprising how little regard Tyla was really held. Chris has evidently made the right decision to get rid. As they say...power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely!

I did notice the cliques & poor policing of punters you mention, as some punters seemed to act in a totally inconsiderate manner like they had a free pass.

Some of Their actions really should have got them a polite warning at the very least, on occasions some should have been read the riot act, if not kicked out the club 

Personally I didn’t have a problem with Tyler, but allowing things like that is simply bad news

In the business the club is in, you are going to get certain punters that if you give them an inch, they will take a mile and start thinking they have carte blanche, a recipe for some major problems

We've been to the R3tro a couple of times after being regulars at the PC  and getting fed up with their arrogance,  same tired old line up and cost. The R3tro is quieter but more intimate and both my GF and I have found that you can have more quality time with the girls. Fun all round

It ain't perfect.  Bit shabby and the girls aren't exactly statuesque, but then again neither are the girls at the Private Club and at least at the R3tro, there's none of the ignorance of the some of the blokes and the arrogance of some of the staff.  Still wondering when Chris will appoint someone to take the helm - unless he's not going to bother!

It's probably why he's taking his time. It was interesting talking to a few guys on Saturday night. Without exception they put their decision to switch clubs down to Tyla's seeming arrogance, her 'bringing in her friends' and her total refusal to accept any form of criticism.  One guy said that he felt the standard of girls had plumeted under Tyla and also that it was obvious she treated some of the girls badly which caused them to leave.

I  must admit I feltthat the PC had become a less friendly place over the last few months and maybe Chris realised enough was enough. A good manager will be hard to find. You need a strong personality and someone who can be firm but fair and open. Tyla was the former but certainly not the latter.

I reckon that sums it up very well mate. Basically she was toxic and overrated. I wonder if she'll continue to wield influence over the place due to her sister working there! Anyways, we shall see what develops!
