Yes, you would hope that was the case...I imagine they rely on what new girls say they offer and only change it when other evidence comes to light...they're not in the room checking what services are performed or not...I've seen service lists altered before once punters made it known that they aren't available...so a punter informing them would be a test of whether they would remove the unobtainable services.

Yes, I believe they keep the extras for Anal & Filming...I suppose it's an incentive for them to offer these slightly more unusual services.

They aren't allowed to charge extra for other services though, they have to be included in the standard fee...but obviously the incentive here is to offer more to encourage repeat business.
