There are a couple of builders in my town who are fucking hard to get hold of. They rarely call back. They don't need to because they're fucking good, reliable, decent builders. The antithesis of the cowboy. They have more than enough customers. No point in slagging 'em off.
Now Mandy might do a good cowboy, but she's obviosly top of her game. She can choose the channels by which people contact her to increase the likelihood of getting a good punter. It is common when girls have a good market to exclude zero AW feedback, and not take calls from unknowns, which, as Mandy says, is equivalent to taking zero feedback.
So all those struggling, take it on the chin.
