Most brothels are open late or work on a 24/7 basis But I guess it's more tricky for incall after midnight with an agency or independent, and I guess from what girls have said that's because of safety and not disturbing the neighbours. Also the risk of being robbed or attacked is greater in the night - if a crook targets a girl who works all hours the chances of her having a good amount of cash are greater. On the other hand those who stay up all night are usually on something so won't be the freshest of flowers. Unless you are going to a well established Brothel choices are limited. I used to enjoy going to the 616 club in Oxford road in Reading when I was a student. They are always open and have a security guard and receptionist 24/7.
