Trim and smooth finger nails
Clean under nails

Hi Mexicola. I can clear this one up for you. The coil (both types - copper or hormone) is an IUD (Inter-Uterine Device) and they have thin strings attached to them which hang out of the uterus so that they can be easily removed by a doctor.
Often, when men put their fingers up there they tend to swirl them around to try and tickle the neck of the womb, which usually feels quite nice but this could result in the coil strings becoming wrapped around your finger, or caught in a fingernail.
