How can they have the nerve to charge £60 for cancelling when they cancelled on you? OK, they suggested a replacement girl (not as a gesture towards you but so they don't lose money), they should have given you a discount for messing you about. And the fact her pics were blurred means they should understand when she does not meet your requirements.

Weren't there any other 'replacements' that you liked the look of with face pics? If you felt you had to go through with it anyway, then why not chose the 30 minute option?

You don't always know what your getting with AW and more indies doing scams/theft etc as easier for them to set up with some agencies they will take i.d off girls so if you got blackmailed or robbed its possible to get police involved and agency can give girls details over.
