I'd save your money mate. Her marketing speech reads like a pre-emptive bollocking.

If you wanted a builder to come round and knock you up an extension would you want to read about how good, competitive and professional he is and see testimony from satisfied customers? Of course you would. This prossie instead chooses to introduce herself with the equivalent of letting you know what time they'll be turning up and how often they expect a cuppa. Not to mention that they don't do foundations or plastering. Nor work if you ain't white. And you can read about previous customer's experiences but only from the ICT business he used to run.
