Apart from the health risk, one would have to question her state of mind, continuing to do this line of work and she refers to herself having a "blood virus", so slightly in denial IMO.
She seems very sure that she caught it from a certain client who had HIV but didn't disclose it, but as has already been said:
We don't know for a fact that she caught it this way and I'm not sure she can be.We also don't know how Charlie Sheen caught HIV - nor does he. He was also a drug taker as well as a prolific punter.
The chance of contracting HIV through oral is low and extremely low if you don't swallow or have bleeding gums.
There is a risk with everything, even punting with civvies - and civvies generally get tested less than "professionals".
