Agree that Charlotte is one of the best, and I saw her regularly when she had the flat and later when she offered occasional hotel in calls.

My last booking was late August and she was all set for another in September but 3 days later she pulled her profile. I texted to check everything was OK but got no answer.

Hope she does make a comeback.
