My thoughts are, looking at the photos she looks like possibly a 14 as opposed to a 12.

But I also love the Christmas photo's they have had done for her

She looks like she could be lots fun though, I would say 12 top, 14 bottom.

Looks more of a 14 dress size, there kind of known to take away dress sizes with some especially the bigger girls. Saying that some size 14 woman look better if there tall as more proportion as to someone on the short side will look bigger.
