More Diamonds Price Hikes.

After the initial shock of the original Diamonds price hike, I noticed some of the more popular positively reviewed ladies still retained the standard £50/fee. Good on ya ladies!  But slowly one by one these ladies are falling in line 

The astonishing Antonia, a few weeks back, went up to £60/30mins, and more recently beautiful Bethany, who I am yet to meet. I don't know about the rest of you, but for someone who isn't a high earner, £60 is pushing it...

If business is booming for D's, it's only a matter of time before the other big 2 follow suit with their fees.

One of the main reasons I believe D's to be sitting pretty, is the fact they have a strong in-call presence, monopolising the city centre, an area which the other two agencies seem to be reluctant to capitalise on, leaving D's to charge what they like, essentially unchallenged.

If the other agencies could see the value of city centre in-calls, and started moving back into the area, I think we would be seeing a different story.

Thought the girls set their own prices at Diamonds anyway from past posts, maybe the mingers will drop theirs to create a state of equilibrium after all in real life the ugly carrots end up in the bargain aisle.

I was worried about this too. But after a couple of months since they have done this. It does not seem business is booming.

The class of girls has not suddenly shot up with them. You would have thought it would have done but it hasn't. There has not also been that many girls join them since the change.

And even more telling, those that have joined. Diamonds have not bothered to get a photo shoot for them done and are either just having no photos. Or ones the girl has given them - which are often not very good.  Look at Carly's for example, those photos the lighting is so terrible. They honestly look like they were taken in a den in the third world.

I believe all this change came about when Diamonds was taken over by new owners, unfortunately they have no previous experience in the industry and it could be they're listening to the girls too much for advice. Yes i do think the Diamonds of 2012 would not represent guys, don't think George would of went for it..

If a girl is good at her job then going from £50 to £60 aint too bad in my opinion as if you use the Diamonds flats there is a charge to the girl to use the flats plus there standard fee to pay from the job and there central location for the flats are handy for some.

There is plenty of girls around the north east if your budget is £50 and only that just visit the ones priced at that there is enough around to unload with

Its mainly a lot of punters that want and need the agencies in the north east cos they keep the prices down lower and some provide the flats!!

I think the north east is just different to a lot of areas as all the main agencies start at £50 where you find a lot of escort agencies around the country tend to start at 1hr bookings although some do 30 mins if offering incall. Its a different set up up here and punters and girls have been used to this type of set up for years.

A lot of other areas you had your massage/brothel type prices that offered starting times at 30 mins and a set of different prices then you had your escort agencies that mainly did outcalls starting at 1hr but the north east have combined the both, incalls are the brothel type/massage  prices and then they do the outcalls too but disguise the business as escort agency....but escort agencies were always only outcalls and you never had any bookings below 1hr so its just a hidden way to earn from both that the north east is used to.

Yes good point! Least with AW around its made things so much easier for girls to set up independent, years ago independents found it hard to find as much work without spending a fortune on lots of paper ads that did not always work for the money.

The reason why the other agencies haven't entred into the city centre is because I believe they are trying to adhere to the rules, and not privide flats for girls to work out of. Other agencies however have managed to blur the line in that area..

NNE provide flats for the girls and charge £60 for all the girls they seem to be doing well and outside the Newcastle area. Notorious girls covered a wide are and that was one of the attractions and made them successful. If the girl is good £60 is ok but when girls are poor it's way to much. My last punt was very poor for £60 a girl from NNE and is making me consider its time to give up. Or go less often and see the independent girls who are worth the extra. For an guaranteed good time it's Tori and she is only £50 other girls charging more don't come close to her, if she goes I am definitely struggling.

I agree last year had northern Kara, savannah, angel of the north, AlexE, Brooke knights LIllyD, Eva B and a few others most now gone and not replaced. +1 Great post. I can't get my head around people whining about agencies "controlling" the northeast and whining on about pimps. Like there's no pumps on Adultwork 

Agree with you 100% it's great to have more choice. Some girls just want to work and don't want the hassle of being independent taking all the bookings themselves and having to sort accommodation etc. Without the agencies we would miss out on these.

Yep, I was thinking that as well. Brooke is still using the same name, just needs more planning to get a booking. Still some good girls on AW if you know where to look and read the reviews on here, just takes a bit of research

Your just over reacting... I have not even used them since all the price hike but my point is  I don't care if they put it up a bit or not its up to them what they do not us.....and nobody has to use them if they don't want to pay it or are on a tight budget plenty of others out there at the £50 fee.

Just because I understand that the £50 price tag wont stay the same forever is not the same as me telling them to put it up. When girls know who you are and you keep going on about its out of order them putting it up all that is going to happen which already is the girls resent you for it and could start giving shit service as they don't want a punter back cos of it.

No point trying to make out im ringing round telling everyone to put prices up  etc cos im not but I understand business and I understood why Diamonds decided to allow prices to go up a bit as the girls that were working in the incalls were only getting £25 from a £50 job you might think that is too much for a girl to earn but its down to them what they do not us and its a site for punters discussion so I can have my say just like you and everyone else.

There is a big difference for me to say I don't care if they put it up a bit or I understand why they have after like 20 years then going round telling everyone they should all put prices up, so try and understand the difference of what I am saying.
