Made a booking with her at 10:30am yesterday morning for 1:30pm. Reached the road and texted her for the house number no reply. Phoned and an EE voice answered telling me she'll text. The text said she was eating in the city centre and should of texted her beforehand to let her know I was coming. Er, I made a booking with you in the morning two hours previously so don't give me that nonsense.
