A new review thread can only be created once a service provider has agreed to a booking (e.g. verbally or by messaging). A meet does not need to take place, money does not need change hands, the only requirement is that the she had accepted the initial booking.

You're not helping yourself when each version on why you rated this a negative changes.
First she hasn't responded to various booking requests, then she agrees to meet and goes cold and finally she arranged a meeting but didn't follow through.
It can be frustrating booking Michelle. I've tried before without success but my booking criteria is different from hers so that isn't a surprise on my part. I moved on to easier accessible girls.

Nope, part of the "fun" of this forum is the playing with these trolls before Admin bans them, by all means ignore them yourself (there is an ignore function) but telling others how to act is probably best left till your moderator status is confirmed
