Did a quick search for Oranienburger Strasse as I was there more recently. Completely off my tits around 3/4 in the morning and decided to check it out. I only saw two girls, both attractive, who appeared to be working together. Bartered with them and they walked me up the street to a hostel where you rent out a room for the hour. One of them, curvaceous, brunette, DSL (which were later put to good use), had very good English which made the whole transaction a lot easier, especially given my state of inebriation. The other one, very young, blonde, turned out to have a killer body which she was keeping tucked away under a skinny exterior.
Was probably quite lucky not to get too ripped off but had I been more sober, I probably would have bartered with them harder. The price they originally offered wasn't actually at all bad when compared with similar services in London so fairly priced for tourists. That said, the Brunette, whist chatty and friendly (probably her best quality), was a bit moody when it came to services and overtly obvious that she was interested in doing as little as possible for as much as possible. In fairness, I was probably a nightmare too and this may have been damage limitation given how toasted I was.
Quite an interesting experience, when we were walking up to the hostel, we walked straight past a police station with a police woman standing on the steps keeping an eye on things. So maybe worth mentioning that the area 'felt' relatively safe at that time in the morning.
With hind site, I do feel like I extracted some value from the experience given that the other main area is probably a far worse place to be walking around when 3 sheets to the wind.
So yer, can't really disagree with anything here. Nice for a one off, expensive, 'tourist' experience. Attractive girls but better value to be found elsewhere.
