First thing to say is that I'm finding it difficult to rate this experience as I have no terms of reference. Never been to a sex party, never been in the same room with another hard on, and never performed in public. So I went with a fair bit of trepidation. I had read up reports on here, and I had spoken to vt about the party scene.

It was a last minute decision to go, just 45mins before the start. I called and was told there was a space available. Got directions and made my way to the venue, about 10 mins walk from Paddington. I was the sixth of eight to arrive and the party was underway by the time I got undressed, showered and into a robe. Valuables were put in an envelope and the hostess showed me into the roomand told me to join in. I must admit the sight was pretty erotic, three beds and a swing. There were 5 girls in action with the five party goers that were already there in various states of being shagged, sucking cock and wanking cock. In the end there were eight punters, mostly white guys in their mid 40s upwards. A couple of Americans. As all the girls were occupied I sort of stood around taking in the sights until one guy came and the girl called me over to play. This was Barbara. So I got on the bed next to another guy and girl while I got acquainted with her through oral, oily hand job and sex doggy style. Very nice but very vanilla. Pros. Its an erotic scene ok. I had three girls, 2 pops in 1.5 hours for £160. Venue was clean and tidy, air con and decent refreshments. All the blokes behaved well. No overbearing types. Safe and well organised

Cons. Too vanilla, it's basic suck and fuck stuff. The girls offer different levels of interaction which you have to work out. Eg one has sensitive nipples, another won't get on top, excessive wipes and lube. The punters were all a bit tame as well. Stifled orgasms, seemingly reluctant to talk to each other etc. I thought there might have been some spit roasting and maybe some dp to be experienced, but sadly no.

So overall a worthwhile experience, but it's not something I would be in a rush to repeat, I prefer the personal interaction with one or two people to this party set up, however I can understand those who enjoy the party scene. Maybe neutral is a bit harsh but it didn't come close to the enjoyment I have experienced with my positive reviews.

Thanks for the review Beano.  I've been to Phoenix a few times and I agree with your observations.  Perhaps the eroticism of that first sight as you enter the room is hard to maintain.  I'm off Phoenix for a while and am enjoying the occasional 1:1.  But no doubt that old devil on my shoulder will whisper in my ear again, egging me to go to a party in the hope that it will indeed be A PARTY.

You often get some spit-roasting at the start of a busy party, I guess the late arrivals precluded that. There isn't any anal or DP on offer, so I guess it could be described as vanilla, if 13 people shagging all over a room could be described as vanilla.

There's usually a bit of banter between the guys and girls and some inventive positioning, but sounds like it was a quiet one today. I must admit that line-up doesn't have what I would term as the more exuberant girls. Did Mel not get on the swing at all??  Last week, she positioned 3 of us guys around her on the swing, I got the job of fucking her to orgasm while she sucked the other two off! 

I'm surprised the Americans didn't create more of a party buzz, I've usually had some good banter with Yanks I've met there. Sometimes, you do get a lot of guys who just keep their heads down and stay in the zone...shame it had to be today!

Don't worry vt, it wasn't a disaster by any means, and I did enjoy the experience, sounds like it was probably the combination of punters and girls which lead to it being a bit tame. Everyone was keeping to their side of the bed, and I didn't see anyone on the swing. Mel seemed the most up for it, and I'm glad I had a fair bit of time with her. Maybe next time I will come off the fence and go positive!

It says a lot about either the current punting scene....or the individual's prior experiences......when you can walk into a room full of shagging and call it vanilla  But it can be hard if some people pick the right day and you read plenty about how explosive a party is and then when you go it's a quiet one. Just luck of the draw unfortunately. There won't be dp at TPC, but surprised there wasn't any spit-roasting. But then on days when the best girls are there it generally gets more packed and it's spit-roasting galore.

Yes it is just luck the type of experience you get.  There are multiple combinations of girls which, when combined with different punters, means no two party atmospheres are ever the same.

 I've been to a few parties and can confirm spit roasting is a possibility as is a gang bang on the swing.

I gave up on trying to second guess which days will be busy and which day will be best for me. If you want to go, best to focus on your own push to go and have fun when you are really horny.
There were also times early in my LMP venturing days when i tried to go only when one or two favourite girls were partying. But usually, I just ended up enjoying most of my time with others who I did not think about enjoying. Its worth mentioning that back in those days, we were blessed with 7 hot nymphomaniacs. As vt says, I don't think you had the best of line ups. None of what I would call the premier girls, but some of these names are new to me so cannot fully comment.

Haven't been for a while now due to fairly uninspiring line-ups and regular late changes.

Thanks for the replies. It seems that the quality of the experience can vary at Phoenix, so I think the neutral was justified. I probably should have done some homework on the girls before going, however I was in the right place at the right time with cash in my pocket. I'm glad I have got the first one done though. I'm no exhibitionist, and I wasn't sure if I had the nerve, and if my newly found second pop would work in public. It was important that I found out as I am in the process of organising a swingers club visit with one of my regular girls, so at least I have more confidence now!
