Never used Vivastreet or Gumtree as there's just no way of disproving that it's a scam. The strange thing about this ad is that "Michelle" looks remarkably similar to Darling Sophie who is also based in Mapperley. I doubt that it is Sophie for various reasons, just has my spidey-senses tingling.
