About 5 to 10 minutes at the most from Manor House underground station. Drivers can park where the TK Maxx, Homebase, Sainsburys, etc. retail park is for free and walk 5 to 10 minutes from the other direction. Her block is the one nearest the corner of the estate where the New River and the main road (Green Lanes) meet. Bear that in mind as it can be a bit confusing.
