Ever since ive started punting my conscience has been making me feel like shit for going behind my beautiful  girlfriends back in doing what I've done. Don't get me wrong  my girlfriend is a size 8, petite, pretty and always willing to please.
Like many others after more than a few shit punts, I walk away asking WHY Did I waste my time and dollars ?? I get better at home and tbh it's a more emotional, mental and physical connection with the mrs. I think the reason behind my punting is bcoz of the nervous excitement of not knowing who was on the other side of the door. The actual act was always mechanical ( besides one lady).
I have recently decided to retire from this game and tbh I feel mentally less anxious and my relationship has improved bcoz im not ridden with guilt or the worry I've contracted a sti. Although I've retired I still get the urge to visit a few wg on my hl but I'm determined to not give in.

To be honest guys after reading back my post it does sound like I'm being a twat in preaching to you all. I apologise to that fact that, it was unintentional and it looks like it got a few backs up  which is understandable.

Hard to say what I'd do ? But I don't see my oh life changing so I'm very happy spending the time I have with the ladies I choose but if i was to walk a mile in your shoes I'd take the advice above, explore the best sex you can with your misses, bit of porn to fill the gaps,  but cut all links with aw and uk punting and punting to avoid any temptation , believe me, you don't want her finding out about this life you lead. Some ladies will forgive an affair ( mine would not 100% ) but thay find out you been paying for it, just wave goodbye to life as you know it.

I'd feel guilty if I had a really lovely gf and everything in my life was great.  The last time I had a gf I was getting plenty of sex, plenty of affection and the rest of my time was filled with work/study and enjoying life.

I'm single so I don't give a crap, I'm not cheating on anyone although I am probably harming myself in the long run (both emotionally and by risking my health) but that's my choice.
