I can understand the reasons that many girls don't want to put their face pics on aw, even though I think they overestimate the potential consequences.
Consequences can be rather far-reaching. I've had quite a few messages where potential clients have used my real name and have brought up personal details (some just getting a kick out of it, I'm sure); obviously they know me outside of my work. Some messages were just wanting a booking but they made it clear they knew me, others were extreme to say the least!
It can be unsettling knowing there's no way of me knowing who they are, yet I might interact with them on a daily or weekly basis.
It's also not pleasant to be outed. You potentially lose friends and family due to the stigma surrounding the job. I had my escort pics posted to facebook by an anonymous source along with my working name and agency that I worked with at the time. I'm lucky to have an understanding bunch of friends and am open about my job with family and friends. It still isn't a nice thing to go through.
To a younger lass it could be devastating. It's a risk all girls take whilst working but still not something that is pleasant or acceptable.
From a providers point of view it would be great if clients could search on AW by face pics. Obviously a lot are photoshopped/touched up etc, but to me it's another way of sorting the wheat from the chaff.
