I'm going to play Devil's advocate here and I am impartial as I've not seen this girl, nor do I plan to. Whether people feel she deserves forgiveness / a second chance or not is entirely up to them. That aside, it's refreshing to see a prossie come here to explain herself, apologise and take criticism on board in a dignified way, even when goaded. In the vast majority of cases girls come here, rant, get fired up by the responses, go into meltdown and then get banned!
Reviews cannot be removed but she shouldn't worry too much as the best way to deal with that is to simply put in more effort for future customers, so over time the inevitable positives that follow will mask earlier reviews. Even the top girls have at least one negative.
I would just clarify that people here do not care about Adult Work feedbacks for a number of reasons. For most of us, a girl's credibility is only judged on the reviews they receive here.
