As I see it, you haven't got it right at all. Nowhere has the word "allowed" been used. She does not assume to control what punters do. Her preference is that reviews are not written but she understands that she cannot "demand" that and nor would she attempt to. Her Twitter post simply thanks those who have not written recent reviews. Punters are not being "played" and it seems quite obvious that you are twisting things to suit whatever agenda you have.

As for assumed superiority I would be bitterly disappointed if I had fallen into that persona and reading back I'm not seeing it, my observations are based on what is written & how I interpret it at the time.
