The best 2 agencies in Manchester IMO are Manchester Elite and Angel Companions, they are well run, and the girls are well reviewed.  Whether they have any girls that take your fancy I don't know, but that's where I would look.

Well, I've used NB on 3 occasions now and have always got good service, plus they're generally £30/hr cheaper than the others. There's a few from ME that look pretty good (That site certainly has the best photos) so I guess I'll decide on the day.

Of the agency escorts working at the moment in the Manchester area, I have seen:

Charlie (Man Elite) - early Feb 2011 - Decent french kissing. Pics accurate. Probably the best all round agency escort working at the moment in the Manchester area. Fairly safe bet (but might not be the ideal choice depending on tastes).

Personally my last few agency encounters (2 with NB, one with Man Elite and one with EscortManchester/Girls4Lovin) have started late, finished at the official time rather than 60 mins later, other escorts in the apartment for some of the time, and the escorts have wasted rather too much time for my liking. I didn't get the impression that any of the agencies/escorts really appreciated my business. They were just fitting me in between all their other clients. My general view on agencies is that most agency escorts aren't really worth the fee charged but there are a few gems.

A trip to England, for me, is better when it includes Manchester. Great city in so many ways. Sadly on the punting scene my recent visits have been a case of spoilt for choice. It verges on London for the dizzying array of options and, knowing that some will be excellent and some downright shite, have sometimes stayed in my hotel room and not bothered trying to navigate the dark oceans of sensuality outside.

Manchester once had an awesome SW scene that still brings back memories of gems under the moonlight or the odd crap one that, at only £20, could be viewed as just a starter to sharpen one's appetite and discrimination. That seems to have abated though I'd love to be told I'm wrong.

My main puzzle is why are so many agencies and indies so frickin expensive if there's a glut? Judging from Kundalini's report, Scotland and London are way cheaper.

I don't understand it either Marm, even though I have not been here that long yet I have already punted about twice maybe three times more than I would have done at my old haunt in the same time period, the choice is fantastic  and yet I have yet to use an agency as none of them are cheap and I cant see a reason for me to do it.

The only agency I am tempted with is Northern Babes as they have some very fit young lasses but even then I find myself thinking I can get two punts for the price of one of theirs.

Bear in mind though that Manchester is a large city and a lot of the surrounding areas are quite wealthy areas, there is basically something for everyone no matter what the budget.

I didn't know NB was still going? I used them a couple of times a few years ago - saw Maya (Thai girl) and Tasha a couple of times. Had heard things went downhill since then.

NB was owned by Jamie at one time. Saw a few girls including school girl Tasha too. She did look young but a bit of cross examination on date she left school for real during conversation revealed she was 23. Looked young, though but needed a bath.
