As CP has pointed out, everyone's experience is different, depending on agreed services, expectations etc. It's odd, therefore, to call someone's critique harsh, when you were not there, sharing their subjecive experience. That said, it's not wrong per se to challenge, or ask searching questions of a review (in a friendly way), but do at least accept there is variability on the part of a SPs performance. For this reason opinions are best formed partially from the aggregated impression of as many reviews as we can get. It'd be far better, therefore, if you did your own review.
