I saw Lucy about a year ago but that no less invalidates my review. I would recommend every newbie to see her at least once. I spoke to Lucy about this and she told me that she had trouble with her account and AW had deactivated it for some reason. She said that she was devastated about losing her account and had contacted AW to fix the problem. AW must have fixed whatever the problem was and reactivated her old account. I'm sure she will delete the new one in due course.
