Just that translation software doesn't yet do that good a job of it (as can be clearly seen on almost every AW profile to use your own example) or do you think these profiles come across as well written?!?!? Fair enough. I just don't see how using the system once or twice, simply to ensure you have the freedom to book whichever wg you want, would be painful for anyone.
