the subject never arose, but as i said she would have made the kirby vacume designer proud she probably would have but it states at "discretion" so i guess it comes down to if she takes a fancy to the guy i guess

Sadly not.I had been waiting for her to return but did not know the date and ended up getting bored and seeing someone else on Monday ; a satisfactory experience but the lady was not the best match for me and it was not one I was excitedly anticipating on my way there ( which is half of the fun for me ) as I would have been Veronica.

Well first of all I broke my own rule in terms of monthly spend - I saw that she was back for only three days, so even tho I only punted on Monday I told myself I had to have a go.

That was a mistake, but only because it loads the event with expectation, which is usually bad news.

My minute or so on the phone to her also gave me a positive impression of her personality and friendliness.Her English was also good which is a big plus for me as I hate the communication difficulties that can arise with foreigners - you can end up stuck in a " I don't understand .." rut over some meaningless quip which is a real headache and mood killer !

Totally agree with what you say about your own expectations and preparations for the punt being a major factor in its success.For me I think the best frame of mind is to be fairly excited about what is to come but at the same time not having massive expectations ; that way I am receptive to any enjoyment that may be had but less likely to end up feeling underwhelmed by what is actually a good punt.
I have yet to see Pola ( called several times over the months , phone not yet answered ) but would be worried that she would not quite match the hype and I would feel unduly disappointed ; like finding out you have only won £1 million on the lottery when you first thought it was £10 million !
