Just seen the continuation of this thread. - She wouldn't need to apologise on this site if she had just replied to the emails sent to her and either communicated by text or email that she didn't want to go ahead with the booking which had been agreed to. She didn't text, email or turn up for the booking so was a complete waste of time especially considering it was an out call.  Her previous email replies consisted of single short sentences in most cases and at no time did she say or give the impression that she didn't want the booking.
