I was in Marrakech in 2013, I really couldnt be bothered with the hassle of apartments and scoring pro's so just visited the massage / hammam's in the day, good cheap service, neally all offered HJ 5 - 10 euros, OWO for 15-20 euros, would visit again but in winter.
I hear most of the big cities offer all services, Marrakech is very touristy now hence prices are going up so maybe do Tangier instead of some out the way places.
