I really think you're failing to separate two key issues. This isn't about her service, though Badsin says she was average at best and that he left annoyed, this is about whether or not she took someones money upfront and reneged on the deal. It's not really got a lot to do with her positive service reviews. She fucks punters for cash but you think her moral standards exclude her from taking cash upfront because she has positive reviews for service.
