Quickie query re: Maids for punt tomorrow

This is new territory for me... going to an in-call at a London hotel tomorrow lunchtime; I generally book my own hotel and book out-calls.
So far, the maid has been prompt and friendly with the comms and I've read several threads in which punters mention they may have tipped the maid some coins... typically, £2.
Now, I'm not sure if this is the protocol for visiting an 'establishment', ie. House of Divine. (In which case, £2 per punter x 4 WGs could add up nicely for a full shift). Or the case with all maids.

For all I know, this maid could be operating from a different location but if a tip is appropriate, or expected, would be good to know.
As always, this forum's intel would be appreciated

Tips are best avoided unless obligatory. Soho walk-up maids will not take kindly to no tip if you have sex with the girl. At a hotel you are less likely to even see the maid if there is one (other than a hotel maid). If you do, I'd ignore her if I were you. She gets paid already.

As the punt is in a hotel I doubt very much the maid/pimp will be there. But if she is and you want her to watch I think £10 is more appropriate than £2 as the latter just sounds tight

I thought it was the escorts job to keep her employees happy.  When I go to my friends houses they all pay the maid would never thought of tipping them.  Maybe I'm just not American

You only need to tip the Soho walk-up maids as it's their main source of income.

The maids you meet at HoD get paid from the house cut, same goes for the receptionist at an escort agency, but you won't even be meeting her if the incall location is a hotel.
