Either is fine, I prefer AW as you are chatting directly to the girl you are going to see and she gets 100% of the fee but other guys prefer Agency.
Just pick your girl first. The more time you spend reading on here the better chance of getting a good one. BUT in a way you almost don;t want to start with the best so when you do see the "best" you really will realise that you have.
