Can't imagine many parlours not allowing MMF as they will basically charge both guys the standard "room fee" or perhaps a slight discount thereby doubling their profit for that slot.
The service is probably more dependent on whether the girl is OK to see 2 guys at once.
My advice is to check out the individual parlour website and girls profile that you are interested in as it should be clearly listed, if not phone and ask them
