Its nature that allows that in the main, sure exercise and a good diet might help some though. WGs have told me and i have read it many times on forums that in their experiences the average is 1-2 pops an hour, i aim for three in an hour but due to the extra visual stimulation of seeing multiple women at parties i usually pop more. Its always a case of diminuishing returns which i have noticed gets less as i get older.
