And why rely on texting to get urgent info. and up-dates etc.

Pick up the phone, ring the agency. The trouble with texting is that you never know if the person at the other end is there to read it and how long it will take them to reply.

The guy booked the incall on a Wednesday, two days ahead of the agreed day (Friday).

Yet at no stage during those two days did it ever cross his mind to find out where the girl was based.  Instead he drove to somewhere vague in DH7 County Durham and then 10 minutes before the booking it finally sunk in that he had no idea where to go, and was in fact 5 miles away from where he needed to be.

Negative review in this case is very harsh as the client is to blame for most of what went wrong- not the agency or escort.

I would also.like to add that Sapphire lives on a new estate and all gardens are open eg no boundaries, fences, hedges, gates. Not putting anybody off seeing her,but you do have to be let in straight away.

Sentinel the negative was for no answer from Sapphire when I found the place.

Yes there's nothing more frustrating than having to knock and wait for what sometimes feels like an age for a girl to answer the door. Nerves are usually in overdrive by this time anyway, even more so if the journey to get there has had it's problems.

I would get in touch with the agency to try and see if any bridge-building can be done, I'm sure that Alex will do all she can to bring about a satisfactory resolution.  Life's too short to bear grudges.

The thing that I find odd is when Sapphire knew you did not turn up if she says she did not hear the door why did she not phone the agency to say no he is a no show/timewaster and even if she had no signal from mobile Alli said she has a landline phone there so that is a bit strange that the girl only phoned agency ages later.

But equally if It had been me I would have phoned agency to say  she is not answering door.

Personally I have had it with me in the past when on incall girl has not answered I phone agency and they cant get hold of her either.

Agencies are not perfect and can forget things we are are human after all but a lot of the time it is the girl that is unreliable.

I did have words with Sapphire about this and told her we need to know straight away so I can contact the client to see what has happened, Even if she has to call me from her land line.
We have all learned something from this mess up and hopefully it will never happen again. xx

Ok that is fair enough Alex.Sentinel summed everything up in his last post and I will move on from this now.

Well done Alli for trying to sort this out but leaving for a punt without calling/texting/emailing for an address if it hasn't been sent is a bit silly. I would have messaged until I got a reply

How about getting her to get one of these cheap wireless doorbells ? problem solved  :)
Or one of the vibrating but pugs connected to the doorbell, set the mood off nicely.

Can I just add one more thing to this thread and ask if I ever do make the mistake of forgetting to send address when I've said I will send it, will you please remind me as this is the first time but it can happen when the phone is non stop and it slips my mind  :wackogirl: I do try my best but I do sometimes make mistakes I am blond you know   :wackogirl:
Yes I will mention to sapphire about the wireless bells, I have one my self and they are great.
Xx

Alli, Are you sure it was a "Blonde" moment and NOT a "Peroxide" one..... :sarcastic: :sarcastic: :sarcastic:  :sarcastic:

Yep, Alli, you know I'm still a cheeky "Owld Bastard" Hehehee   :P :P :P :kissgirl:  :rose:

Just get the address before you set off mate and give yourself plenty of time. Save the agencys number to your phone and use a sat nav if you have one.

Always works for me.

Yes I am not saying its all your fault at all, but its common sense she should have rung you off her landline to tell you he has not turned up if she heard no knock but equally you are sending strangers to her home so wether you thought she might have forgotten its your job to call her to make sure she has not been attacked and to make sure all is ok with the booking and the punter and then if you don't get through to her you should ring the punters mobile.

I have had it before where the girl has forgotten to tell agency there ok when they have met me and when they cannot get through to the girl because its on silent the agency has called my mobile and I have passed phone to girl so they know she has just forgot. I don't mind this at all calling me in booking if the girl has not done her side by letting them know, it shows they take security serious.

I know your a new agency and obviously nobody is perfect it all takes time to get everything ticking over nicely but just saying if it was me I would just keep an eye on watching the safety side.

Sorry to bump the thread. I've lurked for a while and decided to do my first punt today with Sapphire and read this thread.

I booked for 7.30pm and arrived in the town at 7.25pm a bit lost because my sat nav died...entirely my fault but I called up and told them that and they said they'd ring back in 2 mins with directions. I didn't get a reply so I tried ringing back and they hung up on me. I realise that's entirely my fault but is this the norm? Was annoyed that they didn't answer my call since I'm obviously not a time waster and would have arrived before 7.30pm had they just told me to turn around. When I got home I realised I was at the wrong end of the long street heh.

some of you guys have no common sense  :dash:
The agency always gives me the full address and post code, if your sat nav went dead, you can only be blamed for that, which you accept, but when you have the full address, and still don't manage to find address,  god help you. I managed to find it no bother, if I ever get stuck, agency always happy to guide me in IF they can figure out where I am. You sure you didn't have reception problems??

After reading this review, beggars belief that you managed to balls the booking up yourself.  Agency wouldn't have blanked you, after all, they would lose out too. Just seems weird with this being your first ever punt and first ever post on this particular thread :timeout:

Yeah I was literally parked at the end of one huge ass long street and phoned up. They hung up. When I got home I found out that it was on other end of the street and a left turn  :dash:  I've been wanting to for a while and made a spontaneous decision today. I didn't really know the area at all and actually stopped for directions thrice haha. Just thought they'd actually reply when they said they'd search for directions on the internet for me and ring me back in a min. They only had to tell me to drive straight back down that road damn!

Final say on this, don't think there is any blame on agency for your case. Sounds more like a reception problem at your end. They don't just hang up on punters  :unknown:
