It is. Re-reading The_Don's review of Mandy, it sounds like we were in the same room. It's small and cluttered but serviceable and clean.

Bedroom small to medium sized, clean and usable bed.  The window faces the main road thus lots of road noise.

No reports of B&S yet which plagued the previous Finchley venue and I doubt I'll return to see Kimberly but given the rates I'll probably revisit the group at some point.
