This punt was quite a while ago but submitting a review now as I only recently found this forum and the above lady still works so thought I'd share my experience.

If I had wrote this review straight after the meet it probably would of been neutral but giving Louise the benefit of the doubt as she may have changed since we first met.

Two reasons it would of been neutral are:
