I've been restricted recently in my activity and have been assuring myself by appointments that are known winners for me e.g. Morgan just last week, review to follow. Awesome!
Today however my diary allowed me an opportunity to select someone at short notice. My normal course of action is to contact Diamonds and ask for asap availability and generally they serve me well, but not today. Amour refuse to allow me any contact with their girls, and while I've generally been impressed with Naughty Northern and Allure customer service wise there was no-one who appealed.
So my roving eye alighted on Pink Ladies and I made a decision to see someone new to me called Chelsea, who has an average range of feedback but enough plus points for me to take the gamble.
I made the appointment for 2.30 in the afternoon and set off in plenty time to park up, etc. When I arrived at the venue I was faced with a text saying that if I did not get in touch with the agency within 2 minutes then the booking would be cancelled - eh, what's going on here I thought?
No sooner had I read the first text then another confirmed that the booking had been cancelled. I was actually now outside at the appointment time. I text back asking what the f**k was going on and the agency replied that they had agreed with me a new booking time of 2.00pm. This never happened and still keeping my cool I replied to point this out to them.
An actual phonecall followed and the agency confirmed that they had sent a text with the rearranged time to a different number than mine and offered a full apology and a discount on my next booking.
It still might not ring true with you chaps and there may be something obvious that I'm overlooking but apart from the frustration I felt at the time I feel the recognition of their mistake and a discount for next time was good service from an agency which we don't always receive from them all from time to time.
